D.A.K Nutrilab Ltd was founded in 2005 and started its operation in 2006. The Laboratory initially numbered only one person and was purely concerned with food and water microbiology. Over time the staff increased to three people while at the same time the list of analyses was increased since the laboratory is now also involved in chemical methods. Then in 2007 and with only a year of presence in the Cypriot market proceeded to its accreditation based on ISO 17025:2005 by the COPP (Cypriot Quality Promotion Organization. In September 2011, after completing the first accreditation cycle and with staff reaching six people, it was re-evaluated by the same accreditation body and renewed its Accreditation until September 2015.
